Something happened a while back that I was considering posting about a while back, and I finally got around to it. I think that we should make a slight exception to the Mass RDM bans. While most people intentionally RDM, I've seen a few cases of complete accidents. For example, a while back, a T threw a holy hand grenade (he didn't know what it did) and managed to kill 3 other Ts. I want to make a change to the rules. Something like:
If a player Mass RDMs in a single round, using a single attack, and their intentions were clearly not malicious (up to the staff online), the accused played would serve out 6 autoslays or a day ban in place of a week ban.
I feel like this protects the rare occasion of players taking out teammates accidentally. Now of course, this doesn't apply to RDM over time or clear intent to RDM.
