Two things that would be very nice for the Sandbox server, although one of them isn't an Addon, it still is pretty cool to see in the server:

Sit anywhere script

The other day, I wanted to make a multiple seat vehicle, problem is the max vehicles you can have is two. So I thought, 'Why not get an Addon that lets you sit anywhere?', well I came across this addon on a DarkRP server, and thought it would be very cool to have in the server. Don't even hit me with that, 'Oh, when you Alt + E and sit down, it makes you invincible, leading to abuse!' Well, luckily a person made another addon where you can be damaged/killed while sitting. If we wanted to get more fancy, there is an addon where you can sit with Sit anywhere mod and kill people. So mix all three of those together and you have sitting, killing while sitting, and dying while sitting.

This is just something I came across in a different Sandbox server, it was called the Admin Keypad Checker. I thought it would be so easier to check keypads. Alot of times I tell people that they're propblocking there base and such, sometimes they'll put down fake keypads. So, as an admin it would make fading door abuse and keypad abuse much easier to deal with. Script is below this.
