[Accepted] Operator Application

I would like to be an Operator on the RP server.
The reason I think I should become an operator is because I've done some bad things on the server and gained some pretty bad reputation a little while ago, but now I've joined back to change my ways and really enjoy the server. I wasn't taking the server seriously and now I intend to take it seriously and really play for the RP. I want to help the community by and server by getting rid of people who don't intend RP.
I don't have that many Admin experiences and the only one was on a friend of mine's server.
I have read the rules thoroughly and I do agree.
