What server do you want to be Admin or Operator on?

Please give a detailed reason why you should be operator or admin.

I like to help the server stay under control, and when there are lots of RDMers it can become an RDM fest where people think they can RDM 3+ people in 1 round and just leave to avoid a ban. An Operator doesn't have access to Permanent Bans for ghosters, or Week Bans for MASS RDMers. An Operator doesn't even have the ability to outright ban a person, but I can see why they shouldn't. Promoting me to  Admin would further assist me in being as efficient as possible in dealing with rule breaking scum disorderly players.

Please describe any previous admin or operator experience.

Used to manage a 24/7 Dolls TTT server.
