Jail break suggestions

Well I've been playing jail break and notice people come and go really quickly from top hill is slowly going to rock bottom and we are looking for the problems so that's the purpose of this threat so pliss write down what should be added and or remove on the comment section below but for me I believe this should be added 

1) vote demotion just like in dark rp sometimes guards are afk or rdm or are fail wardens or guards so lel

So far that's the only thing that comes to my mind so if got any ideas or suggestions you know were to write it down lel

I'd suggest some sort of anti RDM thing but I wouldn't know how to set it up, or how to make it recognize RDM from Warden-approved kills.

Impossible most likely. I could add some sort of damage logs, but that doesn't seem to really be a problem atm

There's already a rule for that. No mic warden = freeday. It's not a requirement for a guard to have a mic. They're just there to make sure the prisoners listen to the warden, and to kill any rebel prisoners.
