First the worded vesrion of the situation. I'll attach screenshots after. Sorry for the wall of text lmfao
Before I say anything else, I'd like to emphasize the fact that I was on the server for probably 15 minutes and I already have a staff complaint. Maybe think a little about who is getting promoted here.

I joined the server and was having fun for a bit. Was nice to see spec DM again after playing on a good handful of servers in a row that didn't have it. Players seemed nice. Then apparently I made a mistake by joking about being a traitor. All I said was "It says 'traitor' on the bottom of my screen, what does that mean?" and I instantly got RDMed by Tomdv2, who is currently an operator on the server. I submitted a report, of course, and he claimed that I was T-baiting, which led to a very short argument between me and him that resulted in him kicking me for breaking a rule - 'don't argue with staff'. This isn't the problem, however I feel it should still be included for some background info. I'm well aware I broke the rule and I won't try to say I didn't in any way.

I rejoined after the map rotation finished, and the first thing I said was "I don't understand why that's a rule", leading to a discussion with some of the other players about it. Again, I get kicked by Tom. This is where my problem is. I didn't directly argue with him or any other staff member, just said that I don't understand one of the rules on the server. He kicks me again for the same reason. Not a single word I said was directed towards him, and in fact he could have been helpful there by explaining the rule and why it's in place rather than holding a grudge against me over a small dispute and punishing me immediately. And yes, I seriously mean immediately. This took place over the course of probably about 30 seconds. No warning, no discussion, nothing. No chat message or voice chat.

Again, I rejoined, and asked for a forum link, which I never got because apparently the server restricts the link to your forum in chat. I began to criticize Tom over what he did. Practically just stated everything in the above paragraph, and said I was going to submit a player report for staff abuse if I was kicked again (sounded a little bit threatening, but oh well). Some other staff, not sure what rank (name was RIP the Turkey) starts a votekick with the reason 'he dared me to'. It passes.

Sidenote: The rule about not arguing with staff is ridiculous. I can see the intentions behind it, but it can be abused in many cases to prevent someone from making a case for themselves, and if a staff member has some more abusive intentions they can bend the rule to censor someone they don't like and punish them. I'd really like it if someone were to rewrite it to be more specific or consider removing it altogether. The staff member really shouldn't always be right by definition of the rules.

1. You were t-baiting, justifying my kill.
2. You were kicked the first time for arguing with staff (breaking a server rule), and, upon your return to the server, wished to continue the argument. I kicked you a second time for, again, arguing with staff and put in the kick message to drop the subject.
3. RIP The Turkey is only a member (Less than operator, more than guest) and passed the votekick and kicked you on whatever terms he had that I cannot explain. (I would suggest reporting RIP The Turkey as well)

I don't hold grudges against other players and enforce the rules as they are written. I cannot tell you exactly what Saint implies (other than what is written), but I will say the rule is a way to keep the game focused on the game, you should not argue with staff in public chat. It causes a lot of trouble for other players, and gives the staff a headache. Either way, I was enforcing the rules as they were written. No grudges.

I asked him about this myself and he was completely justified by what he did.
1.Saying you are a T is kosable. That isn't RDM period
2.He told you to stop arguing and you kept doing it. (Arguing over a rule is pretty much the same thing)
3.He kicked you and was completely in the right
4.You joined and kept arguing with him
5.He kicked you
6.AND YOU KEPT ON ARGUING so he kicked you
TTT admins go by the punishment order of warning, kick, then ban.
You should have really been banned instead of being kicked three times. He let you off easy
I will say, he could have explained the rule before even warning you, but that doesn't mean that you were in the right
Side note: He isn't an admin so he couldn't ban you but i was in TS around this time. He could have gotten me to deal with you

So, this is RIP the Turkey. You actually said IN VOICE CHAT and I quote, "Kick me, I DARE YOU." So, just for lolz, I started said votekick with reason "he dared me to". Obviously, enough people wanted you out so they voted yes, which actually makes it worse for you because a majority of the server wanted you gone. It was also a voteKICK not ban. So you could just join back whenever you wanted. It was meant to be a funny, TEMPORARY thing. So if want to report me you can but I highly doubt you will get far. Also, -vouch on the main report I've known @Tomdv2 for a little while and he was in the right all THREE times he kicked you. I also denied your request to a link to the forums because I knew this would happen.

For some reason I don't even remember seeing this .red person but basically this report states all the ways @Tomdv2 was in the right to kick you over in over again. You t baited, which is kosable, You argued with him doc he kicked you. Came back did the same thing so he kicked you AGAIN. Did the same thing over and over again. Probably if @Tomdv2 was an admin, he would ban you. Baciscally Tom was in the right so don't report someone when your salty u got killed for a very good reason.
