A change to Vouches and fourms

This ideas are scaring me more and more. No one except the first few TTT admins have achieved staff on every server, and 4-5 vouches is also unnecessary, except for TTT.

1. I would like things to stay as they are rn, i mean the current vouch system works just fine.

2. That head of staff thing seems unnecessary, if it was head admin of certain servers (head admin of DR, head admin of PH, head admin of TTT, etc) basically admin that can deal with staff apps on the server he/she is head admin of it would be more acceptable in my opinion.

3. this vouch system wouldnt work on PH since there are only 2 admins and 2 operators there.

The vouch system pretty much works that way anyways. 

I'd like that, but it's not necessary as it would be harder to give me access to than you'd think.

Head Admin has been suggested for like, ever. Haven't you noticed that even with overwhelming support, it's still not a thing? If Saint really wanted it to happen, it would have already been a thing.

Giving them the power to approve and deny apps makes Saint's job easier and gives that person a sense of responsibility for the well-being of the server. The head of staff would be voted in by other staff and given final approval by Saint of course.

How about no? If @SaintLuther wanted help with Staff Applications then he would get the Consultants/Advisors to help him out.

I didn't know Zellogi and them deny or accept staff apps but yeah makes sense. Plus you just restated what zellogi already said.

There's currently like one staff application a week... not really something that needs to be delegated.

I can deny applications under certain circumstances, but that's about it. I don't really need that power, because its not like Saint has to go over a hundred applications a week. At most he'll have to deal with like, 15 or 20 if he lets them go a while.
