In my opinion and in possibly some other's opinions these changes should be made:

1st thing: We should remove flat grass pit. Its way too small for the server and isn't very fun. Even with under 20 people the only thing on it is a pit you can die in.

2nd thing: We need to nerf or remove Serious Sam weapons. They are way too overpowered and a lot of people will agree with me on that.
Should we remove/nerf this stuff

I disagree, the pit is very fun for jumping down the hole and going down with other stuff, and the serious sam could use some nerfing...

But the staff of lfg (i dont know who nerfed it) decided to nerf the doom 3 shotgun which was good, but now its total shit.

We should just leave it how it is because they will probably turn it into shit weapons.

Flatgrass Pit SHOULD be removed, yes it is fun to jump down it and throw props down it. But must of the time over half of the server spams props down the hole, and it usually lags the game. Another thing, that is all there is in the map... The ress is flat, which is good for building, but there are maps that you can build and that also already have houses for you to base in... This is just my opinion... Serious Sam weapons could be nerfed a bit...

If you believe the Serious Sam weapons need nerfing, then instead of just saying nerf them, tell us how. If it's about the rocket launchers, we can simply restrict them from users if it's becoming a problem. I am capable of nerfing them, but honestly they're probably the most balanced weapons pack we have besides the Silly's Sweps. Most guns do 10 damage (Miniguns, pistols, uzi, etc) and the laser gun had already received a substantial nerf in rate of fire and damage. If you want them nerfed, you will have to go into detail on what weapons need nerfed.

I already nerfed the sniper rifles from Serious Sam. In case you didn't know, before the nerf, zooming in would modify the damage to 300. I removed that so no matter if you're zoomed in or not, it does 70 damage. Keep in mind this is still modified by where it hits (doing 140 headshots and 17.5 leg/arm shots).

I'll look into the code of the rockets and see if I can reduce the rate of fire and maybe the blast radius or damage a bit.
