TTT Purchase a T round

Honestly I see the being able to buy a T round as a sort of way to beat the RNG making you its bitch thing. I know there's been times where I don't get a T round ever, until like two maps later. Sometimes RNG doesn't give you a T round in forever, sometimes you get them 3 times in a row. If I didn't get a T round in 10+ rounds, I might buy one, but otherwise I'll just wait for RNG to give me one.
