Well if you were running out of RAM that would certainly do it

I know that's not doing it for me. I only have origin, wargaming, and steam running in the background at all times excluding the stuff my pc needs running. Plus task manager says i have no problems

I have the same problem sometimes on ttt everyone crashes saying something like your message

And we know that the damage log causes that, which is generally caused by the bass cannon, and can be solved by not opening the logs until the next round or worst case scenario the next map.

The crash when it says index something tell a develepor and when people crash majority of the server does I believe (within a few seconds of each other)
