Get rid of Spawnkill rule for sandbox

Ok not only is this rule retarded, it does not even work as people get 15 seconds of spawn protection anyways, this rule is the lead cause in all of these false vote bans recently, get rid of this gay ass rule and whoever suggested this rule be a thing needs to be spanked


You can't even spawn kill on a lot of maps and the ones you can people get 15 seconds to leave, the ones who are retarded and sit in spawn for those 15 seconds deserve death

Some people disabled their spawn protection for some fucking reason and are too stupid to fix it. I understand that it's their own problem but we should care about the playerbase.
