I can also say I've had issues with this player breaking numerous rules. The screenshot shows clear PAC3 abuse, but I've also witnessed him using E2 blinders, as well as stupid shit like prop pushing and killing. He's received plenty of warnings to not do this and he does it anyways. I've banned him several times for prop pushing, E2 abuse, PAC3 abuse, but he just comes back. I banned him through Nadmin for two weeks from right now, but I wouldn't be against @SaintLuther extending it even more than I can.

I banned him for 1 year. Looking at ban/kick log it's clear he doesn't plan on changing soon.
