Remove this addon

I know how @"napoleonmjr" has been trying to get some addons removed so that he can add some stuff that he wants, so I'm gonna help him out by suggesting something we should have gotten rid of a long time ago.

The DOOM 3 weapon pack is hands down probably the least used weapon pack on Sandbox because @Zellogi ruined it.  So I suggest we get rid of that weapon pack and give someone else the opportunity to replace it with something better.  (or maybe we can unnerf it pls)
