[Approved] suggestion for next update

(updated) I suggest for the next update, saint should fix features on sbox instead of adding new addons. Here's what's broken or needs updating:

1. Maps added since the 2/23/19 update having a missing texture in the rtv map screen. they all work fine but newer players think the map is broken or will just look like a missing texture.

2. build mode noclip is broken. it now works like admin noclip.

3. A lot of maps haven't been updated to allow the yacht. an example being (unless I haven't noticed) is gm_sunsetgulch, that was added back in 11/15/17  and has a lot of water, and yes the yacht works on the water that exists.

4. the server crash chat box doesn't work.

5. the act3 weapons can be given to npcs and picked up by players, that includes weapons like the minigun.

These aren't exactly major issues, (except the buildmode and act3 guns) but I personally would like to see some these fixed

2. A majority of maps don't have any spawn protection.
