simphys tanks

[UHC]

this is a collection of tank addons for simphys. since we already have the base, "some" of these wont require any additional addons. at the end of the addon list is a video showing the tanks and other vehicles firepower, damage, turret turn rate, etc. (read the chat for the names of each vehicle and specfifc damage)

the tanks aren't too strong and neither are the hl2 and synergy jeeps. but ALL the DIPRIP vehicles are OP too hell. restrict for everyone.
