[UHC]

- unrestrict marijuana drug. the reason it was restricted was because of the orb launcher hp glitch. since we no longer have it, we should unrestrict marijuana

- update gm_genesis to the full version. we still use the b24 version. the new version includes everything from this one and adds a few new buildings. Link: https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/f...gm_genesis

- allow the yacht for gm_abstraction_ex_sunset and gm_cosine. I forgot to mention they have water.

- mount half life 2 episode 1, and half life 2 episode 2. it may not add much, just a few npcs, vehicles and props. this one isn't a huge change, but it would add a little more variety.
