Yeah ive been staff on a server called Coolcatz but i was demoted for staying offline for to long... i was mod they wanted 14 hours a week i couldnt handle it

14 hours a week isn't hard, that's a measly 2 hours a day. If you can't handle that, then are you sure you can handle this? Also the whole app makes me wonder if you're actually serious about the position, all the "XD" faces make me think otherwise... But my opinion doesn't mean shit in deathrun so who knows.

there was never anyone online.... sorry forgot to say that... so they wanted 14 hours a week alone pretty much. You may want to look into a podcast called Manager Tools, from this source I've learned that there are people, just as effective as you and I that use, "XDDDDDDDD !!!!!!!!!! HEYYA (BUNCH OF "USELESS" TEXT HERE)".
I'm sharing this because AskMad is one of these people, and from my experience he's quite the good person.

In the end, try not to let his forum of communication set you off too much.

I've just had experience in other games, where people who use emotes in stuff like this, turn out to actually not be good applicants, so that's why. Not all, just majority in my experience. But it was also a whole different game and not gmod so... Yeah.

I take back my previous statement I don't understand your opinion or logic and reasoning at all based on emotions and experience?! Are you joking?!
