One vouch on a server that only has 5-6 staff members total isn't as bad as one vouch on a server with 30+ staff members (like TTT or Deathrun)

I had one vouch because I had just come back from an absence on steam. JayRodd was really mad that I came back and applied right away. I applied right away because I have no intention of leaving again, and even before leaving all I played was LFG Prop Hunt. Jayrodd blocked me on steam and discord as soon as I posted my application - so it's very clear to me why he doesn't like me. Which is ironic, given the fact that I very rarely see him come on Prop Hunt. Regardless, I have seen Jayrodd whip players, maul players, but kicking them for no reason is the absolute worst he's done.

like I said kicking is not that bad I think you are over reacting. he was obviously messing around and if he really didn't like you he would of -vouched it was a pending because he hadn't seen you all in all I just think the thread should be closed this is being made a big deal of when it's not

I admit to the abuse and will take any punishment given. I DO NOT CARE FOR OLIVIA AS A PERSON, PLAYER, OR STAFF. A pretentious 15 year old trying to tell me whats what is something i will not abide by. Demote me, ban me, whatever. As long as i dont have to hear her scratchy ass voice again

You can always type voice_enable 0 in console if you do not wish to hear her voice. Until a better client-sided mute system is implemented, that's the best I can suggest.

i think jay shouldn't be demoted he loves this sever very much, also  she is a bit of a kiss ass and really no one looks up commands to mute someone it's either deal with it or leave the sever and I still find it full on baloney that she got staff before i did.

So you agree with his abuse? He handled the situation poorly. He shouldn't let his personal preferences towards a player influence his judgment as a staff member. He could have simply went to another Prop Hunt server (or better yet, switch teams) so he wouldn't have had to hear her voice.

There has been suggestions to add a client-sided voice mute so you wouldn't have to hear a certain player, but until @SaintLuther implements it, yes, there are 3 options. Deal with it, completely disable voice, or leave.
