so i joined the teamspeak that sausage was talking about and i cant tell if there is a bot or not but there is a channel and an actual server group. imma keep searchin for somethin

• Channel Notify sends a message to specified clients, if clients join a specified channel. (since version 3.7)
  

and you can do this as well

• Send a message every X minutes to virtual server or a special channel. so you can promote donations Advertise important messages.
