Breaking federal law 18 U.S. Code § 873 - Blackmail, using LFG to do so, using LFG to illegally obtain IP address of another player for malicious purposes, blackmailing (threatened to release the IP, as you recall), no care for LFG, has broken rules before, and honestly you can just permaban him everywhere already, since he only cares about his squad and only USES LFG as an asset for his illegal activities. He's broken laws here before. I wouldn't report if it were minor, but federal law was broken here.
