[Upheld] Misunderstood ban?

Who you were banned by?: (Ok I cant really answer this question, I am clueless on this and all i have is that it is not from console, i am sorry if this causes compications, but is all i got sorry,)
Why were you banned?: Prop kill and attempt to crash server
Why should you be unbanned?: So There was this guy lynchn park and he was spamming props and  crashing the server and ithe server crashed and in the crashed server chat box i put in french text and somone else spoke french and then i said "bonjor?" And the server came back and then someone said something about the frenches ruined it  and we all knew lynch did it so i knew it was some nationality joke and then i said "They dont call me mr worldwide for nothing" which was reffering to one speaking veriety of languages and a joke about the alias i was using at the time and a few moments later i got banned. Now i will debunk the ban notice. Ban notice: "---= Reason =--- Prop Kill And Crashing The Server" 1: I never prop killed in any way and in the game i saw some guy boing out the spawn so i spawned a big tube, layed it on the ground next to the box before the box was finished so they can use the tube to get out the box and hat is not prop klling at all. and i can not see how somone would see that as prop killing. 2: I did not crash the server and at the time we all knew that lynchn park did it and he did get banned but i got banned for some reason. If you can help me out that wold be great, thanks. (Note: I know that there are spelling mistakes in here i was trying to get this out as fast as i could)

I Was On And You Had A Ferry Attached To Some Sort Of Tram Contraption, And When I Got On I Saw That You Were Flinging This Prop Around. It Caused A Massive Amount Of Lag When You Did It, The Prop Spammers Did Not Help with how the server was running. Overall You Were One Cause Of The Crash

I spun it for a few seconds and it started going on its own and compare me to lynch, and before i say this did lynch get perm ban'd
? and also when lynch put his huge props down he made my train thig come to a full stop. so it did not really add up.
