Alright, this is going to be a long shot but i'm going to take the 0.01% chance that this will be added. 

So the thing im suggestion is kinda like a another E2 thing. Its coding but it's straight Lua. Not like C that is present in E2. Now as you just read that sentence you see Lua and everyone knows what Lua does. And you might be saying "It's Lua its super abusable, you can give yourself superadmin just like @maddman01did."  Then comes the pounding of -vouches. First off i would like to say the name of this mod is Starfall. This addon has restriction to it that make it not so abusable.  Yeah you might get the occasional blinder,server crasher, and prop manipulator. Normal stuff you see in E2.  Just to make sure no one abuse this, I say restrict it to members or admin. Yes i have not fully tested this, Yes there might be some super abusable thing. I just want to give it a try on the server see  how it does. I know this will probably be denied instantly. But i just wanted to put this out here.

But please think about this before you instaly -vouch this think about it. And if you do -vouch it make a good reason.

No. I see no way to restrict it, basically looks like unlimited access, and the project appears to be dead on top of that.
