[Rejected] Upgrade to Discord.

I’ve had my time using teamspeak and discord for a long while now. And teamspeak is starting to get outdated, and the interface itself looks outdated. Discord Is new and fresh, it has a good player friendly interface, and a whole promotion and rank system with commands and costume rules and threads. But after all it’s just a suggestion.

I definitely agree since discord is more modern, but I don't know how the server admins feel about restarting in a new chat system

+vouch, discord is easier, has more features, newer, etc. And if Saint still wants to get more money he can still charge for voice channels

Discord is more convenient and it's interface is better, but Teamspeak is just better designed for LFG's purposes.
It is possible to move to discord thanks to some of their new updates, but its better if we stay on TS for now.

We use TeamSpeak because it better integrates with the database Saint has. I don't know hardly anything about Discord since I don't use it, so I don't know if it can be set up the same way our TeamSpeak is. I don't think you can automatically assign ranks on Discord based on their rank on the forums. Also Discord is gay.

The forums are for threads and rules, not the messaging system. TeamSpeak is just as user friendly and easy to use, and I would say more so. The only "advantage" to Discord is a free mobile app. No point in keeping this thread open since it's not going to happen.
