Description of offense and evidence (screen shots, logs, etc.):

Logged in on his main (syk"ranos) and his alt (mr noob).
Started playing a soundboard over the mic and prop spamming, and prop pushing. 
Someone initiated a votekick on mr noob. syk"ranos said "bye server" in chat and the server then crashed.

The only piece of evidence I have is the screenshot of him crashing the server.

I banned syk STEAM_0:1:18811312 for 2 weeks, but I see no indication of mr. noob crashing the server or being an alt of syk.
