-vouch didn't play enough when he was staff the first time (From what I personally saw, only played enough to keep staff)
I never saw him actually do anything when he was staff (whether other staff where on or not) which led to rules being broken with out punishment (mic spam, a bit of rdm, ect.) He may have been a great staff member at one point, but from when I got staff to the point he lost it I didn't see him as a quality staff member.

I never let rdm pass without punishment. Never did never will. I respect your opinion, but I have never done that.

It is just how I remember it. Also I am willing to change my vouch I just need to actually see an attempt at playing and helping.

Big +vouch from me. Was a great admin, and is generally a great guy with a lot of great admin experience.

Give him staff back. He was good at it but I just want to say it always felt like 75% of the time he was on was spent AFK. But when he did his job he was good at it.

I'm sorry but I don't think someone who doesn't play at all should give input. As far as you know Fresh the most abusive person around or toxic. You were admin, you should know to not be bias dude. This is bias. You openly admit he is AFK a bunch (which is true) and still think you should put him back. I love you man but this bias and you know it.
