Deleting Lockette

This Sunday, I will be deleting the lockette plugin. We currently have LWC installed. This is a warning, if you haven't already and converted you chest over to LWC, your items in your chest are at jeopardy to being stolen. Additionally, in the next week or so, expect to see the creative and Kit PvP world enabled.

As always, if you have any suggestions to help improve the Minecraft server, please suggest them.
