Help with steam....

So every time I want to play Gmod there is a disturbing photo (Kry's Spray) that pops up every like 5th time I click the game please help me get rid of this...

It's in the screenshots folder of Garry's Mod. Find the picture and delete it from this directory:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\GarrysMod\garrysmod\screenshots
