sandbox: add keypad cracker to trusted and up

i was wondering if you could add the keypad cracker to the trusted group and up so people can "raid bases" on sandbox. and maybe even add the lockpick from dark rp.

Like I said on TeamSpeak, sometimes I don't want random people in my base. Yes, it's a requirement to have a fading door and a keypad, but what's the point of a keypad if they can just crack it? That's like making a door with a lock, and giving thieves the key so they can come and go as they please.

Also this isn't DarkRP.

The only reason for this is potentially as a tool for operators/admins, and even then I dont see the point.

Sandbox is not RP, there is no need to allow players to somehow break into someone's base.
