As I mentioned several pages ago, nothing really new has been brought up. It seems he occasionally spams/annoys via web admin, which plenty of other staff also do, but through the regular in game chat. Yes, he's probably fairly inactive, but that's never been reason to make a report against someone. I plan on making a more advanced activity tracker and if that catches him, he'll be demoted along with anyone else. Thread closed, get over it.
