Having trouble becoming member.

When I applied for membership, SaintLuther replied to go to the TS3 and talk with an advisor, consultant, or him. But when I go on the TS3, no consultants or advisors are ever on, and SaintLuther's locked off. Help?

I think this would go under "Help" but SaintLuther and Zellogi are in TS right now
