I think they said he broke a rule because he wasn't clear with what he was saying at first. when he said "I made his object stuck" many people are going to assume hes prop abusing without context.

im sorry but some retarded man child permamuted me and i didnt have my mic. But why didnt goggles voteban the person doing it instead of me having to step in and stop the 2 rules being broken. I only stopped the spawn killing and the prop killing nothing further i didnt then go push others props or prop kill them. This is also a report to have his powers removed as he votebanned the person trying to help out the server instead of the person trying to ruin the fun of the server. Like someone said in the server "you vote banned the wrong person"

I know for a fact you have still been able to talk to people with out text chat. The fact you spammed me once in psay after I muted you on ttt is proof you should know you can still find a way to communicate.

At this point the ban has expired and I don't think anyone really cared whether the ban was false or not considering how often you break the rules anyways.
