What server do you want to be Admin or Operator on?

Please give a detailed reason why you should be operator or admin.
I am constantly on the server and when I'm on the server, I notice hardly any admins on the server, the max I've seen was two admins on the server so far. When I am on the server I always see rule breakers all the time especially spawn killers, but I can't do anything besides contact admins. I would like to put a stop to all the rule breaking on the server, so that other players can enjoy their time on the server.

Please describe any previous admin or operator experience.
I was a super admin on a TTT server and I was also an admin on a Team Fortress 2 server.
