This is horrible. How would you feel if you had common sense, deserved staff, and COULDN'T AFFORD THE MIC OR TYPE AT 50+ WPM? Why does typing speed even matter? Honestly, you are just making it a "Buy your admin" list. Everone else had some good input too. This was really stupid and shouldn't pass.

I'm just dissapointed from reading this. A microphone should not be a requirement for staff, not to mention all the other useless info like languages you speak. Our current form works, no reason to change it.

The main reason people want to be staff on LFG servers is because we are one of the few communities that don't require you to type an essay on your staff app.

If you're going to subject others to an absurdly high WPM req, you'd better be able to meet it, and know many who can type that fast, who don't type constantly.
You've listed that you need more time for Operator than Admin, which is dumb because Operator comes first,
and we speak ENGLISH, that's enough, my skill in Italian or Sign Language won't help me to be Admin.
