1. So? That's the point. A jihad isn't descrete. It's balanced that way and gives way for a different sort of playstyle. 

Jihads are 1 Time use and kills you right after.
When I looked at the Jetpack I didn't see anything saying "1 Time Usage"
If you use the JetPack it is basically saying
"HEY I'M A TRAITOR COME KILL ME"
and then you have to hide and kill discretely which is very difficult for some people to actually do.

Then you don't use the jetpack. TTT isn't only meant to be played as a stealth killing sort of thing. Why can't I make it brutally obvious I'm a T and try and kill as many people as possible, while my T buddies stay quiet and pick off the others? It's fun to use.
