Please give a detailed reason why you should be operator or admin.

I want to become a operator because i love this server and hate the rdmer! I want to take action to prevent anymore rdm and Get rid of any rdmers! And so i server and make it a even more better place! 



Please describe any previous admin or operator experience

I used to be a admin on a server called Loose cannon! but The Server Shut down or something..
