i'm not so sure how it happened, i encountered it with some other addon that's not on this server
it's pretty much an addon confliction
you cannot move around in tanks or use the weapons on the vehicles

Maps like fightspace have problems with the ground and make it so tanks cant move. and for the not firing issue, did you try pressing alt on the tanks? Some require that to start firing

I think the glitch happens depending on what map the server is on
