Does anyone know if zombie in a can will be making a come back for users to use or will be accessible by membership..etc

It was restricted since it could be spammed to make hordes of zombies, and too many NPCs will lag the server.
Just spawn zombies the normal way.

How, I don't have access to spawning zombies

Zombies can be spawned by trusted and higher. So if you get Member you will also have access.

how does the npc limit increase? is it by hours or by donateing?
