What server do you want to be Admin or Operator on? (I want to be an operator on the Deathrun server)

Please give a detailed reason why you should be operator or admin.(I want to become operator because many people don't follow the rules when i join and i try to vote to stop them but no one wants to vote I also have been a member for quite some time)
