Why did you remove chat and command logging?  there was no need to, it was very helpful.  there is no way for admins to find out who is doing stuff like this

The solution to that is to fix the command (which I did) not find out who is running it.

5/5/18 - New Ban Commands

Admins can now permanently ban players from using either PAC or Wire.

These bans are synchronized between Sandbox 1 and 2.

The commands are !pacban, !unpacban, !pacbanid, !wireban, !unwireban, !wirebanid.

If this fails to block certain aspects of PAC or Wire, post them here.
If a player crashes the server using wire, they should both get both a regular ban and a wire ban.
PAC bans should not be used unless they repeatedly break the rules with them and pac clear has already been used multiple times on them.

Actually this is the one ulx admin command that doesn't require player's consent or reason to be run on them. You can pac ban the entire server if you're an admin and you feel like it.

Yes, you are allowed to attack people while in god mode just as long as you don't kill them

6/10/18 - Buildmode improvements, New Command, SWEP Replacements

The following changes have been made on Sandbox:

• Buildmode is now logged in !plogs when entering, leaving, or killing while in it
  
• You will no longer be slain when trying to enter buildmode while spawn protection is still active
  
• Prop killing in buildmode will now slay the attacker
  
• Added !entcount command to determine how many entities a player has. This can also be run on all players at once.
  
• Added Map Builder Tool
  
• Removed Silly's SWEP Pack
  
• Removed Serious Sam 1 & 2 SWEPs
  
• Added Khris' Shotguns and SMGs
