What server do you want to be Admin or Operator on?

Please give a detailed reason why you should be operator or admin.
I enjoy the server and the people on it. I believe i had an almost two year hiatus in which i didnt file a leave of abscence after my mom had sold our computer and we moved houses but recently i have been very active and enjoying the time i spend here again
Please describe any previous admin or operator experience.
I have no real expirience outside of this but i am hoping to look for my fresh start as an admin here, on a server i understand the community of very well.

Tl;Dr: Some rules aren't specific enough
Alot of it has to do with other people getting to the votekick before me + i know a user can just log off and rejoin if i try. Members can't voteban either so even if the user doesent think twice they can still rejoin if they've been kicked. It makes me feel like it's just useless sometimes. Also there's other things that other people dont seem to really enforce such as server lagging pac's or very"borderline" e2's. There's also really wishy washy rules i wish i understood better like explosive spamming. It's such a non specific rule that it's almost impossible for someone to enforce. Alot of people tend to make S.L.A.M. walls around their bases and such and i am confused to what to do about it. Another thing is that you can't kill people while in spawn clearly, but it's not clear on whether or not camping spawn is against the rules. People usually defend it with spawn protection or buildmode, but there's just something that seems definitely against the rules about it. There's also a confusion about what to do with donators/premium donators as it's not specified if there's a different policy with them. I assume not, but I don't like taking chances with a thing like that. I don't get a 100% refresher of the rules when i join the server because the loading thumbnail cuts off of my screen by rule 8 or 7 i think.

Thank you for the clarification, Saint. There always seemed to convieniently be a cooldown because someone chose the kick option instead of the voteban option so i guess i never got the chance. Also, thank you for acknowledging my other two questions, I shouldn't assume things are/ aren't rules and I should just ask sometimes.
