I think it would make the server more fun if gun dealers could sell Handcuffs and Hand ties. It would be very useful for many roleplay situations.

If this addon gets added to the sever i would suggest adding a rule for the Handcuffs and Hand ties, This rule would be to ADVERT KIDNAPP before using the Handcuffs and/or Hand Ties. Big Grin
