This is Ripjaw by the way, and you and I have not had the most pleasant of times. I can confirm that he acts like an asshole to at least 90% of the server. I can also confirm hearing daily rants about how shotguns, crossbows, and RPG's are noob weapons and that if you use them youre a skrub.

As @Young Metro pointed out, calling the admin who banned you a jerk multiple times will NOT help your case. I've warned him multiple times and have even kicked him in the past for the insane amounts of player/admin disrespect. And you still haven't changed the format. I have even heard him say that he WANTS to troll people and hear them cry/complain.

He is beginning to become the reincarnation of @Minty Anus.
