Description of offense and evidence (screen shots, logs, etc.): Ghosting, Abusing votes - [He tried to ban me once for "abusing"]

[What I was doing was since no staff was on was deal with rdm by vote slaying 1-2x and votebanning a MASS rdmer (2 maps of Mass rdm) and votegagging a mic spammer spamming some weird noise]
