Garry's Mod TTT Server

2]Please give a detailed reason why you should be operator or admin.

I want to become an operator on the TTT server because I am a player that consistently communicates with the other players on the server via mic. Also, I feel I would be good at enforcing the rules without being too mean about it. I'd love to help make the server become better and clean it of Rdmers and other sorts of cheaters.

3]Please describe any previous admin or operator experience. 

I have none. This is my first time applying for a position on a server.
