What server do you want to be Admin or Operator on?

Please give a detailed reason why you should be operator or admin.

I've spent a fair amount of time on the server and I've noticed a lot of RDM when operators/admins aren't on, I feel like making me an operator would help the server combat the RDM that happens when other staff are offline.

Please describe any previous admin or operator experience.

I don't have other experiences as an operator and this is my first time applying for a position like this.
