Revert zombie spawn protection to the old style where they healed in spawn and got a speed buff instead of just reduced damage

Never played with that, some more detail would be nice because I like the sound of it.

Exclusive playermodels on zs aren't going to happen for many reasons. They get added to all or none.

Waiting for input on the rest but the majority is do-able.
