Why not a imgamr consultant

Because he was basically that already, being staff on all the servers, just wasn't admin on all servers. Also you don't know how ranks work.

I have seen him on more than all consultants combined.

Well you never come on Sandbox or Prop Hunt, so you can't say that. I'm on pretty much every server except TTT and ZS, because I feel the staff for those servers are sufficient enough to do their job. DarkRP and Jailbreak are dead, so there's no real reason to get on there.
