Description of offense and evidence (screen shots, logs, etc.):

I was on the Sandbox server with a few other people (listed below) when one complained of being followed/killed by a giant floating turret. I saw that, as the user had described, a noclipping turret was following them around and shooting at them. We managed to track down the owner, who had barricaded themselves in a corner room of the map and was piloting the turret using a rather elaborate setup (I assume some kind of E2 thing, not experienced in the subject myself). We tried to kill the owner, but he was in build mode.

Offenses: Killing while in build mode using a remote-controlled noclipping turret.
