[Denied] Applying for for admin on sandbox

What server do you want to be Admin or Operator on? I want to be an admin on the Lennyface Sandbox server
Please give a detailed reason why you should be operator or admin. When i join too many people are rdming and spawn killing and I want to stop that.
Please describe any previous admin or operator experience.Operator and member on lennyface  ttt and deathrun
