[Rejected] get rid of WAC addon and replace it with Neurotec

the controls for the vehicles in WAC are really confusing, so its really hard to fly them. instead, we should use the neurotec addon. it comes in several (and i mean, like, 15) different packs, each containing something different. some contain planes/helicopters (that are MUCH easier to fly), some contain tanks, some have bombs, some have warships (miniature versions, but they work like the ones from World of Warships).

(yes i know that i have posted about this before, but since we now seem to be branching out into planes and helicopters, i thought this would be more relevant now)
